And to approach your entire job search from Student Mode rather than Expert Mode.

Here’s what I want you to ask yourself instead:

What DO I already know how to do?

What experience and skills do I already have?

What am I qualified to step in and start doing TODAY?

Think of yourself as a capable expert who’s ready to jump in and add value.

Not as an apologetic student looking to fill the gaps in their resume.

Because you ARE that expert already, and I don’t want you to forget it.
