Getting what you want is an amplifier, not a converter
Myth: Winning the lottery will make you feel more secure and happy.
Reality: Winning the lottery will amplify how you currently feel about money.
If you always felt comfortable and chill around money, you’ll feel MORE comfortable and chill with more money.
If you always felt insecure and stupid about money, you’ll feel MORE insecure and stupid with more money.
Winning the lottery is an amplifier, not a converter.
Myth: Getting married and having kids will make you feel like your life is on track.
Reality: Getting married and having kids will amplify your current feelings about “the track” and whether or not you’re on it.
If you always felt secure in your choices and your position in life, getting married and having kids will make you feel MORE secure.
If you always compared and despaired and felt like you were behind…getting married and having kids will make you feel MORE inadequate and MORE behind.
Getting married and having kids is an amplifier, not a converter.
Myth: Getting it all done will make you feel like you’re finally on top of things.
Reality: Getting it all done will amplify your current relationship with tasks and productivity.
If you already think you have your shit together, getting it all done will make you feel even MORE like you have your shit together.
If you think you’re a sloppy mess who’s barely keeping up, getting it all done will make you feel even MORE like a sloppy mess who’s barely keeping up.
Getting it all done is an amplifier, not a converter.
Think of the last time you really, really wanted something…and then you got it.
Did it completely change your outlook on life, yourself, your status, and your worthiness?
Did it permanently place you on a new plane of existence, where you no longer have problems and everything is smooth sailing forever?
Or was it a one-time brief high, and then you went back to business as usual inside your brain?
Your brain doesn’t tend to change the story it’s telling you.
You can dramatically change your external circumstances…
But unless you ALSO change the internal stories you habitually tell yourself…
Your brain is 99% likely to keep telling you the same old story it’s been telling you all along.
It’ll use new facts, but it will be the same story.
Here’s the magic thing we do in coaching:
We don’t give on up goals. Not one bit.
I’m ALL for achieving all the things you want to achieve.
We achieve all the goals you want to achieve…
BY changing the stories you habitually tell yourself.
BY changing the way you habitually feel about yourself.
Because that’s the secret.
It’s not achieve thing ➡️ feel better.
It’s feel better ➡️ achieve thing.
Let’s start today.
What my clients have to say…
“I would in particular recommend Pooja to this specific phenotype of high achievers.
We put a lot of pressure on ourselves and the outside world might never understand that our lives are not as perfect as they seem, or that we struggle as much as we do.
I think that phenotype in particular, would benefit a ton from working with Pooja specifically.”
