Step 1: Diagnose
Separate the facts from my thoughts ABOUT the facts
See how my thoughts are creating my feelings
See how my thoughts & feelings are driving my actions, my results, and my reality

Focus entirely on finding new thoughts and feelings that I can believe…
…so they can easily drive the actions and results I want (instead of trying to force it)
